My name is Leni, I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist helping people to reach their health goals through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
I work in various areas of nutrition including holding the position as head of nutrition and wellness for a social care group, developing 13 care homes in providing person centered nutrition and hydration for those living with complex needs. I am also the lead advocate for peri and menopause wellbeing for social care staff, running groups, sharing information and advice.
My focus has been on women’s health over the last few years which has led me to specialise in supporting women to empower themselves through overall health via diet and lifestyle adjustments when experiencing symptoms relating to PMT, peri & menopause and other hormone related issues including stress and energy balance.
Dietary diversity through a food first approach is central to how I work with people on steps towards better health. Gut health is a key area of my expertise underpinning my work with one-to-one clients and will often be a feature in talks that I give on how to maintain or improve health and wellbeing.
